GSD Rescue in MI? Empty GSD Rescue in MI?

My friend has a GSD male about 1.5 years old I believe. She is looking for a good home or a rescue for him. Her husband is working out of town and she cant control him. He is loving and sweet but needs someone that can work with him and knows how to train a GSD. He keeps escaping the kennel and yard fence and she is afraid he is going to wind up in the pound durring one of his escapes so she is looking for someone soon. Please PM me or list any info you might know about.

Well, Lisa already posted the local GSD rescues... hopefully they will have room for him. I don't know if she is willing to make the drive, but there is also a private GSD rescue in IN that may be an option also... the dogs get a lot more one-on-one there. Not sure if Mel is accepting any new dogs, though...

I don't know of any individuals looking, but will let you know if I hear anything.
