I would be happy to make you one though and we can figure something out if need be.
The only issue that I have with this rig is that it wants to turn down because of the weight of the pvc. I assume any rig like this has that problem.
I need to get my boy to focus though . When I was pointing at the bumper the other day he thought I was pointing to a cat, squirrel or bird in the yard and he took off.

Our's would try to turn down (rotate in your hands) also when we first made it. We solved the slipping issue by wrapping the pole points our hands rest over with hockey tape, however. It works great.
As for the focus issue... those type of rigs tend to be WAY easier when you have a helper... they hold the rig, you hold your dog and direct their attention. Maybe it's time to buddy up with the neighbors, lol.
