I think we are going to have another "contenda" for UV! Rocky very quickly learned UV and I'm thinking he's going to have no problem with the real thing at the next event. Think the boys drinking rocket fuel...... Jump, jump, jump!

I got a lot of pics of him and your girls as well as an actual pic of Brie jumping without food!!! I also have some really good Colby pics as well. I never did get a pic of Rocky and Colby racing down the dock though. Every time I tried to take a pic, one of them would stop.

In that case, I guess I'll let everyone know that Rocky really didn't get it and probably won't jump. I was just trying to make the Rocket family feel good. Just kidding! Actually, it was Newman disguised as a yellow dog.

I did get Newman to pull the empty weight sled around the yard yesterday without much trouble. He didn't like it with any weight on it, but I will keep working with him. He was doing very well with the sled though. I'm so proud of him!

If Newman jumped it would be a sign of the end of the world or because the dock collapsed under him. There would be NO other reason Newman would jump off a dock. We have yet to find ANYTHING Newman wants bad enough to jump off the dock. Maybe if we could throw a squirrel off the dock he might think hard about it. I think his best chance is weight pulling. I'll keep working with him and the training sled to see if I can get him up to some real weight. I am going to see if I can figure out how much he was trying to pull yesterday with the sled and 2 weights plus the friction on the ground. I know it was more than just 17 lbs.
