Well...the reality is, if I keep him, I won't be able to foster anymore. I can't handle more than two dogs by myself in a townhome. I just started fostering and he is only my second. Jubilee will be fine. I used to pet sit in college and dogs came and went all the time. If this home works out, Rocco will have a chocolate sister to play with.
