Very well might last time I was at a show there it took alllllllll day lol so we will see. I heard there were 150 pre entries plus cgc

Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla I am sure Lisa will elaborate. They will give out the donations to winners of different classes. I thought it might be something some people with sponsors were interested in donationg it will get them recognition I believe in a hand out and website but again lisa could tell you more when she logs on. I know Missing Link Donated and Team red dog might make a donation other than that just not sure what I have around to donate lol

So what is a "specialty"? Is it some sort of event? I am not trying to be a pain in the butt. I just want to know what I might be donating to and whether or not I have enough time to get something in the mail.

A specialty is a show open to only one breed. This show is our annual national HWV specialty...meaning its held by the national club not a state club.
Kinda like a high school football team can win the state championship but winning the national championship is the big one.

Hope that makes sense...

Also as Thom said anyone who donates is listed on our website as well as in the show catalog.

Edited to add..its on May 1, 2009 in Belleville, MI.

Matt it is a conformation show if that helps any also. Usually at a specialty there is a large number of that breed of dog there because it is an important event.
