Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
I saw the fee is $15 per "activity" so I am assuming this is per splash?
Also there are four splashes listed between saturday and sunday and catch it but can only sign up for three splashes and catch it?
If we make finals do we pay another $15 for that?
I don't really train Jubilee for dock diving we just go and she does the best she can. We haven't done catch it as the apparatus didn't make it down to Florida last year. I would like to try her at it before offically signing her up. Will there be practice and can we sign up for it at the event?
FINALLY...last year we had the 20' dock. Will it be the 20' dock again?
Sorry for all the questions but we don't get to do this much and last year we didn't have the fees. We are planning on driving up from South Florida and Jubilee is going to run in the flyball demos with her old team too. Thanks!
Re: Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
I think you have Catch It and UV mixed up as there is no apparatus for Catch It. Catch It is where Jubilee's score would only count if she catches the toy. Two jumps are added together to get her score.
It looks like there may simply be an error on the registration with Splash #4 missing for signing up. You do not pay for the finals.
My guess is that it is the short dock again but that will have to be answered by Milt and whoever else is down there.

So it is $15 for each splash then? So a total of $60 if we want to do all splashes???

We will be over in Jacksonville for the whole event and will be happy to help you out and answer any questions you might have. I was also thinking I will bring my practice hurdle over to show any new people over there how we got Molly started.
See you there !!

Are you coming to the VA event? Any chance you might be able to show us what you used? I am open to any suggestions with Ham & Eggs!

Your practice hurdle??? For Catch It?
This is a fun event. I heard the guy from animal planet will be there Jeff Corbin or whatever his name is. That might be a rumor though so I will confirm if I find out.
Re: Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
We don't have anywhere to practice DD so it would only work out for us if she had natural ability.

SOOooooooo not $15 per splash...Are you all going to have UV??? That isn't on the application.
Re: Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
I'm not sure if there is UV at this individual event... haven't looked. Although, if it is not listed in the schedule or on the registration form, it's unlikely. Sometimes there will be UV demos instead, like at the recent NY event.
Re: Jacksonville Pet Expo fees and dock questions...
We will be putting on some FREE training seminars and Demos for all you new people.
