Set up for Colts Neck Fair ?

Hi,
First of all let me say that all the NJ dock Divers are soooo thrilled that we have a new event to attend ! Jump, jump, jump! thank you for organizing it,the weather will be perfect so I hear...
We are wondering if we be able to park close by the pool , so we can work from our cars ?
and is there shade,do we need to bring the pop up tents?
Any special instruction as far as gaining entrance to the event ?
