Vendor/Exhibitor Instructions

Welcome to the 2012 Richmond County Fair! In order to expedite set-up and ensure your safety, please REVIEW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, as they will be strictly enforced.

The hours for the Fair are advertised as 11 AM to 6 PM. Vendors are required to enter the site at the corner of St. Patrick’s Place and Center Street ONLY! You will be given your spot and badges upon arrival. All vehicles must be on location between 7 AM-8:30 AM.


• On Saturday, September 1st, vehicles must be off the site by 9:30 AM exiting at Center Street and Arthur Kill Road. We ask that you drop off your wares, park your car off site, then return to set up your booth area. You will not be allowed to enter the site after 9:30 AM with a vehicle – hand carry only at that time.

• Parking is available during the Fair on Arthur Kill Road near Clarke Avenue in front of the Green Barn (across from the United Hebrew Cemetery). The fee is $10, and space is limited. On-the-street parking will also be available.

• Although the fair is advertised until 6 PM, vehicles will NOT be permitted back on site until 7:30 PM each night for the safety of all visitors. In order to re-enter the site each night, you must ENTER through Center Street and St. Patrick’s Place and EXIT through Center Street and Arthur Kill Road.

• Historic Richmond Town will not be responsible for items left overnight.

• Thank you for participating in the 2012 Richmond County Fair. All the proceeds raised by the County Fair directly benefit Historic Richmond Town’s educational programs and ongoing restoration efforts.

Updated instructions!!!
These are the updated instructions for Air Dog Competitors. Please disregard the previous email from Marisa. This is the most up to date one:


1. Dog competitors need to be here by 9am
2. They must enter through Saint Patricks Place and Richmond Rd.
3. They must go to guest relations to get their Air Dog competitor badge. 1 badge per competitor.
4. The must walk kennels in.
5. Once they want to park, they can park at parking lot at Richmond Road and Kensico Street. NOT at the playground, but opposite of the playground in the back
