Jacksonville Air Dogs first club jump will be Nov.12-13 don't miss it. This will be UKC sanctioned event and also Frisbee and fly-ball and agility! Goliath K-9 training center on Beach BLVD just West of Southside. 9-4 both days I believe. More to come about this event later.

does anyone know anything about the frisbee part of the event? is it a certain club or organization? may be able to haul along some other athletes...

Katie said she will definitely come if that is what it takes to get you and NJr there. Dexie would also enjoy some toss n fetch. She would probably enjoy it even more if she knew someone who had a decent toss.

Hmmm, the possible addition of Katie truly makes this even enticing. I am curious to hear more and see a schedule. I'll start looking into hotels too - Lori do you prefer LaQuinta and RR for any reason in particular?

Both are pet friendly without an additional pet fee. LQ's usually cost a little more than RR's but are usually a better quality and have nicer beds. However RR's are more likely to have exterior rooms which I really like as Dexie does best with a 2am potty break. I have AAA so can book under my card if that will save.

We are jumping both days from 10am! Finals are early on Sunday 2pm I believe so every one can get on the road and get home at reasonable time. There will not be Frisbee or agility! The pool and dock take up most of the space. There will be fly ball demos, K-9 demos, obedience demos and grooming tips available. This will be sanctioned UKC event. Parking is available close to pool.
