My wife and I are planning our first out of town UAD trip which will be our second event total. We have a good idea of what stuff to bring but just for fun if people could post a list of the major things to take. I'm sure some stuff that would be nice to have will be mentioned that we would not think of ourself this being our first time. I appreciate all the helps.

One thing that I have found really helpful is to pack one bag for the hotel and one bag for the event. That way, you don't have to go searching for items. This is especially true when the hotel is more than 1 night.
