Tundra at the Vet tomorrow
Tundra at the Vet tomorrow
But as you all know Tundra is not a big fan of strangers. So my vet is being awesome and letting me help with getting her sedated. He said I can even be in the surgery room if I want to for the procedure. I can't decide what I am going to do on that. Knowing my luck I would stay and something would go wrong and I would just freak out! LOL. And then of course I get to be there with her as she wakes up. I am so thankfull to have an awesome vet that allows us to do stuff like this. I have stood in during neuters of foster dogs as well. He is such a cool vet.
But just keep little Tiny T in your thoughts tomorrow! :-)

Re: Tundra at the Vet tomorrow
If you're worried about being there for the surgery, why not stay for the initial sedation and prep but then just hang out in the waiting room or go for a walk while they do the surgery ... it's doesn't take that long ... then they can bring you back once the vet closes the incision and starts the wake-up and you can be with her during that. It sounds like you've got a great vet who would be more then willing to work with you on that.
