I think we are going to be at that one.. It's the PA one that we not make it to.. I just have to see how Gumpy does with the change in his Chemo.. He goes every other week after this week. Hopefully he will have more energy up on the dock.

something to think about. the government extimates that is costs $.50
per mile to operate a car. That includes gas, insurance, wear and tear
(tires,etc), maintainance, depreciation. Many of these costs you don't
think about, usually people just look at gas, but the more miles you
drive, the more - tires, oil changes, repairs, etc you will incure, as
well as the sooner your car wears out.
That was before gas went to $3.00 a gallon, so I would bet that it is closer to $.60/mile.
So when thinking about whether to drive back and forth think that it costs you about $60.00/ 100 miles.

Hi, Sorry I haven't replied. We are not doing the Columbus event even though we had a verbal agerrment with event organizer and I had sent her out a contract. Dockdogs through Dean Skillman and the DD's Ohio club President, found out about this event and called the organizer and said they would do the event for less money than we had agreed upon. Dean also told the organizer that we did not put on good events. The Ohio Dockdogs President and club members did not attend this event last year and that is why the Splashdogs event was not well attended. I'm sorry that we have to have this kind of organization that will say and do anything to get dog events. We have picked up some good events that I can not talk about at this time. More to come later. Fell free to support this event if you like to deal with an underhanded organization as the Dockdogs Buckeye Club! Milt Wilcox

I actually don't mind taking that weekend off. After a super busy Jan. and Feb.. And what is looking to be a very busy March for us I think the weekend off may be a good thing !!.. We may come for the Novi show but can't stay for Sunday.. I have tickets for a show that can't be changed.. Angry Dog
