Happy New Year everyone!!!! Ok you young ones! Denny and I stayed up till 1:30AM! We had a nice day. We helped load food for a food pantry and then went to a Drs visit for Denny. The fantastic news and one to celebrate for the new year is that he doesn't need to see his cancer Dr again for a year! He's finally at the one year mark! yoo hoo! Now if we can figure out what's going on with the 24 year old we'll be all set! We also helped at the new years eve party at my Moms nursing home. We had planned on being home but there was only one woman working at the party so Denny and I stayed and helped pass out food and punch to everyone. We ended up closing out the party at 8:30PM. My Mom was tired but she had fun. We had a blast also talking to everyone and watching them dance in their wheelchairs. It was a great start to the new year! Today we're hoping to take Mom to Belle Isle to the conservatory there and then out to dinner. Hope everyone has a great day,

We went to dinner, then came home and took a nap so we could make it til midnight. We were awake until about 1:15 or so. The boys had a play date with the Cheese Dogs so they were tired out. Also did a little holiday sale shopping during the day too. No wonder I needed a nap!
