Will the 2009 title count start with any event after the UAG/Southern Championships? I am guessing that the Novi event will be the first "Northern" event on the 2009 schedule, correct?

Last year they didn't count until January of 2009... which was kind of a bummer in a way, since UAG was already done and people aren't working to finish titles towards that anymore, anyway. Dunno what the plan is for this year...?

Yeah, last year was a bit confusing but I thought it had been decided that after the championships the title count would start over. If the titles count for 2008 it makes the draw a little less for some of the competitors. It's not far from us so we will be there anyway but...

The 2009 season can start in 2008, it's no different than many sports such as Hockey, Basketball, etc. We just need a clear decision on this.

UH HUH Ultimate Air Elation I am having withdrawal already since the Atlanta event is the last one I know about. I am not going to know what to do with myself (or Dexie) until we know where we get to go next.

Hello everyon at UAD I am sorry to be late on this reply, but I thought it was funny.
Milt, Yes, we do want everything (nothing aganist MEN) but us women usually do get our way, as Kel mentioned (aren't you used to that by now) Lol
I think they were good questions, Merlyn and I need a fresh new start for the season for 2009. I think that would go for any and everyone, a new start is always great.

Nothing like the excitement of starting out a new event schedule next year. Can't wait till it's posted!! Koko is bouncing off the walls around here!! She has soooooooo much energy!! I wonder if it's something to do with the new food we put her on. We use "wellness" brand. Anyone else ever try it? Anyway, Koko very much is looking forward to her first event next year, as soon as it's posted we can make our plans for which events we will be at. She got her USJ title in 2008 and just fell i leg short of her Master title.

Ok, I am having a pregnant moment so sorry in advance, lol... Will the Sandestin event count towards an 09 title? I thought it might be due to the new rankings/results spreadsheet showing Sandestin, but I wasn't sure.

I had thought Sandestin was like UAG up north where there were no legs or titles earned but I could be wrong. I thought I had heard at one point that it was going to be the "Southern Championships" or something. Maybe Milt changed it, he can do that - it's his game. I just wanted to be clear when we went into Novi how the scoring was going to be worked.

I'm not sure Homes will be around since the mall it was in last year was supposed to be torn down this summer. I haven't driven by it so I can't verify that but it was the plan. Maybe there is another mall that is slated for demolition that we can occupy this year. I know Summit Place mall in Pontiac is just about vacant... Mad Dog

The 2008 Ultimate Air Games first day of splashes which counted for 2008 titles.

I have been tracking 2009 titles beginning with the Fido Fest on Sept. 6th. The Southern Championship in SanDestin, FL. counted towards the 2009 titles. Of course, Milt has the final say.
