Here's the pertinent section in the UKC rules:
1. Collars. Chain collars, Fancy collars (such as collars with sequins or buttons etc.), studded, or “pinch” or “prong” collars, head harness, or any type of special training collars are prohibited in the competition area. Collars must properly fit the dog and be approved by the Judge. Collar tags or other items hanging from the collar are prohibited in the competition area. Neither is it permissible for a dog to wear a scarf or bandanna, caps, sunglasses, etc.

Does that mean if I ever find blinders for Jake (so he doesn't see the crowd) he can't wear them?
