Yippeeee, Congrats to Colby & Parker, 1st & 3rd in the Purina round - way to go. Way cool for Alisa and the behind the scenes man of the hour Scott. Expect to see some fabulous pictures with Alisa jumping up in the air as high as Abe. Keep working on that totaly positive attitude and then sit back and watch those dogs fly. Have fun and enjoy the Purina IDC experience.

Oh, tell Abe we have his tune-up package finished. We have an intro section followed by 2-a-days from 3 different docks with human and canine personal trainers attending with the possibility of some travel and out-of-state work. Nutritionist, masseuse (sp), and motivational speakers available on request. Jean says she will be in charge of moral (hugs & kisses). Alisa one thing we need to know before camp date is Abes toy, treat, and sleeping preference. Oh, if there is a possiblity of others attending remind them of the "no cameras allowed" rule. We don't want another thing like the "Patriot / Jet" scandal popping up in dock jumping.

Alisa wanted me to thank everyone for their support. We got home late last night and were not able to post anything until now.
The Super Pet Expo in Chantilly was an incredible event. Seeing friends and making new ones, what a great time.
As far as the Purina round, all I can say is "WOW!". The crowd during the Purina round, as well as the Finals, was absolutely crazy. There was definately a feeling of electricity in the air. I was standing behind the dock switching between Colby and Parker for Alisa. The noise from the crowd was one of the loudest I think I have ever heard. It was like being at a rock concert. My ears were ringing from the noise level.
Every dog that was jumping in the Purina round could have easily won and the results could have gone in any direction. It was such an honor to jump with so many great teams. I looked around and saw everyone on their feet, screaming as loud as they could for every dog that was on the dock whether they were competing or not.
I'm sure Alisa will post more when she gets home from work today. But just wanted to thank everyone for all that they did to make this a memorable event. Also, big thanks to Milt and Brian for doing what they do at every event that allows us the opportunity to experience this with our critters and friends.

I was one of the lucky ones that got to see Alisa and Scott's reaction to winning the Purina Round in person and yes, "Priceless" is the perfect word. Congratulations again to an awesome team and "Jump Big" in sunny FLA!!!

Wow you guys. :heart: :heart: :heart: Thank you so much for all the nice words and encouragement.

I think Scott pretty much summed it up... we are just so honored to have friends like all of you. We really do feel that way. One of, if not THE best things about the purina round (and others before this) is that no matter who won, it would have been well deserved and would have been won by a team that would have been an EXCELLENT representative for the sport. Meadow, Chase, and Ilio were FANTASTIC!!! It was a CLOSE round, and it very easily could have ended up differently.

Thank you everyone. You are wonderful people and that is what makes us proud to be a small part of such a great sport!

I just walked in the door about 1/2 an hour ago. The Purina round was total craziness The beauty of it all was that all of the Purina Round competitors were all cheering and screaming for each other. THAT, is friendship and support for one another. I don't think anyone had much of a voice after the event.

Alisa, I'm am sooooooo very happy for you, but I know you already know that. I'm so happy that I got to be there in your moment and it was so much fun to hang out so much this weekend. Cheers to you my friend.........
