August 5, 2009
Ultimate Air Dog Participant,
We are so excited you are going to join us for our first annual Paws in the Park on August 22nd and 23rd. Milt has informed us that you will be participating in the Ultimate Air Dogs Competition. Some of you may be bringing tents, crates, chairs, etc. It is required by our insurance company and the City of Canton that you load these items when gates are not open. This is to insure everyone’s safety on site. Load in times are on Friday, August 21 from 1 p.m.- 7 p.m. or Saturday, August 22 from 8a.m. – 9:30a.m. All tents will must be staked or weighed down. We have reserved 10 x 10 spaces along the fence line by the pool. Please only set up in the assigned areas. Vehicles will not be allowed on the festival grounds. We regret we can not make any exceptions to the rules. There will be a water supply near by along with restrooms. Tickets are $5 at the door, all dogs and children under two are free. We look forward to having you and your dog at the Paws in the Park event. For more information on the event, log onto www.PawsintheParkUSA.com
Sincerely,
Paws in the Park

Re: Paws in The Park (Tickets)
Is there a "load-in" time for Sunday, like there is Saturday?
I ask because my dogs have to ride in crates while in the van and I don't have extra crates that I can just leave at the event. So how will it work for me to get my crates back in on Sunday?
Also, I'm wondering about coolers, food? Is it allowed to bring our own stuff for the day?

Re: Paws in The Park (Tickets)
Is there plenty of space for everyone along the fence for EZ-ups or is it only going to fit a few? I wasn't planning to bring one at first but with this hot sunny weather we've been having lately I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to bring it and have it there. Is there any shade around the pool area where we're crating if we decide not to bring it? If there's a lot of room I'll throw it in the van and take it but if there's not much room I don't want to lug it all the way there for nothing.

Re: Paws in The Park (Tickets)
GREAT QUESTION. Proctor Road does not exist! Not sure why Map Quest
tells people that. I 275 exit Ford Road. Ford Road West, to Canton
Center Road (left) to Heritage Park Road (right).
Mapquest calls Heritage Road, Proctor Road. You wont be able to miss it, we'll have big road signs
Thanks,
Barb
