I don't usually post these kinds of things, because I know that each of us is so proud of our dogs and it goes without saying. :heart: BUT... I wanted to share the news because I am so proud of my little Ham & Eggs and I know so many of you have seen us struggle for over a year just to get him in the water at times. drown

ABRAHAM JUMPED 16'3" AT L'OREAL TODAY!!!!!

Prior to today, his personal best was 12'3". He is finally understanding what his blab brothers have been trying to tell him. whisper THIS SPORT IS A LOT OF FUN!!!! agree

I know you are all probably a little sick of hearing about Abraham right now, but just one last post for a long time, I promise. Just kidding! Into a pond, Ham & Eggs did a new personal best of 22'4". Everyone said that one day, it would just "click". Jump, jump, jump! Yeah, that picture is a little deceiving. He does have a small pop to his jump running dog , but his weapons are strength and speed. He was clocked at 32 mph with the speed gun, but based on what he can do on land, that isn't his fastest time. Golly Gee! Guess the steroids are paying off (I'm kidding... but did have someone else ask me about that AGAIN Majorly Confused this weekend Judges )!!!!

Alisa - are you using the place and send then if you are holding him back on your own - how are you getting his jolly ball out in front of him far enough before he takes off? I'm sorry, I haven't seen you work with him in person, only from the great pictures you've posted on this forum so I am just curious...

I am using the place and send right now. Just kidding! I walk up to the edge of the dock with him, toss the jolly ball out to about 30 feet, let him see it (and hope it doesn't float to one side or the other Golly Gee! ), and then we run back to the back of the dock. I have our little pep talk, and let him go. Just clownin' around
