Anyone Camping in Cinci Next weekend. Thought I might try to save a little money and camp in Cinci or across the river in Kentuckey. I found one in Kentuckey for $20 a night. Guess I better make sure the heater is working in the camper. Anyone else thinking of Camping? Or camped near Cinci that can recommend a camp ground

well Its to much to camp with 4 dogs, we are unable to just let them roam off leash, but again I am about warm and indoor toilets and showers.Kinda a sissy I guess.

I will get you a few pics as soon as I can. I have hunting ones but only a few jumping ones so far. I think i found a good camp ground in KY and one in Cinci. So I will book them this weekend. I have a furnace in the pop up and an electrc heater. Plus a dog to snuggle with lol

We would look at taking the motor home but gas prices ar e making us think twice about using it this summer. We have even talked about selling it. I don't know many people who can afford 3. something a gallon, when you only get 10 miles to the gallon. Anyway have fun camping. We are staying at Super 8

That's about what I get in my Suburban. I bought the 'burb for dog haulin' so it's going to Cincy. Since it's only occasional use, the fuel costs don't hit too hard. It really hurt the first time I put a full tank of gas in though (43 gallon tank at 2.98/gallon). I thought it was cool that on teh drive to and from GR I only used 1/4 tank, then I realized how much that was and what it was going to cost me...

Well I guess with a pop up and 4 big dogs we would stay warm but the close quarters and the gassy fumes that the bully's excrete on a regular basis would be kinda dangerous.

The hunting pics would be fine,or maybe one of each.
I also need another picture of the rocket dog in action.
I am feelin ya on the cost of gas a big trucks,my ford is killen me. I am ready to have the bulldogs pull me to work.

What we do with our multi dog family when we camp is we bought a snow fence and put T posts in the ground and connect it all the way around the camper. Of course there is a gate area too for us to go in and out but then the citters can still have a nice roaming area. Worked well last year. Have yet to find a nice camper this year as we need something a bit larger with the kido!

Ok the juming one you put up was great....But you had to take the reindeer one didnt you. It has taken botond 2 years of therapy to get over that picture lol....Cant you see it in his eyes.
